Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Hampton by Hilton. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our hotel.
Responsibilities
- Assist Executive Housekeeper in managing and leading the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices in cleaning and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
