A Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing daily breakfast and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Must have morning availability, 5am -1pm. Previous experience is nice but not required.
What will I be doing?
As a Breakfast Attendant, you would be responsible for preparing and maintaining the Hilton-approved complimentary breakfast as well as responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. You will be responsible for performing the following tasks including, but not limited to:
- Assist in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food according to standard recipes for the complimentary breakfast.
- Greets every guest with a smile and a positive attitude.
- Organize and maintain a clean service area, and follow all health codes.
- Additional responsibilities include maintaining an inventory of needed supplies, ensure all areas are clean before the shift and are familiar with hotel facilities and their location and hours.
- Other duties as assigned.
