Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities in optimal condition to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities & Skills
- Trash removal
-Mopping
-Dusting
-Vacuuming
-Landscaping
-General Plumbing and Electrical Repair
-Painting
-Conduct routine preventative maintenance to guest rooms and hotel public areas
-Work indoors or outdoors around the property as needed
-Report to Head Maintenance Engineer and General Manager
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
-Must be detail oriented and exhibit an ability to learn from other maintenance staff
-Must be reliable and dedicated to doing a superb job for our guests
