Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, including catering events.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, such as Aloha POS, while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure efficient service without compromising quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, with a solid understanding of the food industry.
- Familiarity with catering services is a plus, as well as experience in collaboration sales within a restaurant environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests quickly.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and the ability to create new cocktails is highly desirable.
