Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service hours
- Stock breakfast items, beverages, and utensils as needed
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in food preparation and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and guest relations skills
- Previous experience in catering, banquet, or food preparation is a plus
- Ability to provide excellent guest services
- Knowledge of coffee making and kitchen operations is beneficial
- Culinary background or training is advantageous
