Hampton Inn Cambridge, Ohio is hiring a NIght Audit Guest Service Agent to join our award winning team!
Guest Service Agents(GSA) are the face of our hotel and deal one on one with our valued guests.
GSA Job Duties.
Take Calls/ Make Reservations
Check in Guests
Prepare room keys
Security walks
Money Handling
Complete tasks given by GM & AGM
The ideal Candidate should have some customer service experience. ( Hotel Preferred, but not required)
Ability to make split decisions
Problem solving Skills
Has reliable transportation & weekend availability
