The Guest Service Agent ensures a positive, lasting impression through attending to guests needs, including but not limited to: Welcome & register guests, issue room keys, answering phones & making reservations, process cash & credit card transactions, having knowledge of all property amenities, and any other duties as requested by Front Office Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager.
