Hampton Inn Cambridge, Ohio is hiring a 2nd Shift Guest service agent to join our award-winning team!
Guest Service Agents (GSA) are the face of our hotel and deal one on one with our valued guests.
GSA Job Duties.
Take Calls/ Make Reservations
Check in Guests
Prepare room keys
Security walks
Money Handling
Complete tasks given by GM & AGM
The ideal Candidate should have some customer service experience. (Hotel Preferred, but not required)
Ability to make split decisions.
Problem solving skills.
Has reliable transportation & weekend availability.

Pay: $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
