Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management.
- Fabricate parts and components as needed to support maintenance tasks.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
- Lead small teams on specific projects or repairs, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic quality within facilities.
- Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and other automated systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, welding, and fabrication techniques is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage small teams effectively.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- A logical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving is essential.
- Previous experience in residential painting is a plus.
