Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests during breakfast, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive breakfast experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality. As a Host/Host, you will play a crucial role in managing guest flow and enhancing guest relations.
Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly demeanor.
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff to ensure smooth operation of breakfast service.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the back-of-house area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless breakfast service for guests.
- Complete set up of breakfast and at closing ensure proper cleaning of breakfast area and back kitchen.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure under pressure while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- A passion for providing exceptional service and enhancing breakfast experience for guests.
- Experience with Food Handling preferred but not necessary.
