Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of common areas of hotel, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist housekeeping department when needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Respond promptly to any requests by staff or guests.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
