Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
- Conduct residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetics.
- Manage maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Fabricate parts or components as necessary for repairs or improvements.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff and clients.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Experience
