Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques.
- Handle dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services.
- Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services within a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with laundering techniques, including dry cleaning processes, is advantageous.
