Front Desk Clerk Night Auditor- full time hours, working every other weekend, 10 hour shifts, work 7 days out of 14.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to interact with hotel guests and demonstrate exceptional customer service. The ideal Front Desk Clerk Night Auditor will have a relatable personality and a desire to work with people. You will be responsible for communicating in a welcoming and efficient manner and ensuring that guests' needs are properly addressed.
Essential Functions
· Provide exceptional customer service in accordance to brand and company standards
· Maintain positive guest relations and resolve questions and concerns
· Maintain a complete knowledge of the hotel features, services, hours of operations, room rates, special packages and promotions, daily house count, expected arrivals/departures, and scheduled group activities
· Process guest check-ins and verify registration information
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
