Responsibilities:- Handle all day-to-day operations of the front office, including reception, check-in/check-out, guest services, and reservations
- Train, supervise, and evaluate front office staff to maintain the highest levels of customer service and knowledge
- Respond promptly to guest complaints, inquiries, and requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively promote hotel services, facilities, and specials to guests
- Ensure that the front office is properly staffed and operational during designated hours of operation
- At least two years of experience in hotel front office management
- In-depth understanding of hospitality industry best practices
- Superior customer service skills
- Proven capacity to lead a front-office staff
- Legally allowed to work in the US
- High-level familiarity with computer and reservations software, particularly PEP
