What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor position at Hampton Inn Dandridge?
We are hiring for the front desk! This position will begin with part-time night audit (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 11PM-7AM), with the potential for full-time hours by working second shift (3PM-11PM - set days will be determined at a later time). Ideally, we would love for the GSA to learn all shifts. You must have open availability and able to work flexible hours to be considered for this position. Mature individuals who are dependable and dedicated need only apply.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- Excellent computer and phone skills
- Ability to handle transactions in an accurate and professional manor
- Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
- Great relationship building skills
- Check guests in and out, and follow a shift checklist
- Inform guests about hotel services, directions, room rates and amenities
- Must be willing to learn, be a part of a team, be open and excited to learn about our Hampton culture.
- Enthusiasm about this position is a must, and a heart for customer service is required.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma

As the friendly face of the property, a successful Front Desk Agent will tailor their approach by reading cues from a guest to ensure when they check in the guest feels at home.
