Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team at our hotel. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist them with any questions or special requests
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to guests
- Assist with meal preparation, including cooking and serving hot items such as eggs, bacon, and sausages
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by regularly clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and restocking utensils and condiments
- Monitor food inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dishes as needed
- Communicate any guest feedback or concerns to management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or food service setting
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
