Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Inspect and clean all areas of the hotel up to standards.
- Assists with moving heavy items, such as mattresses and soiled linens.
- Transport necessary supplies to and from various areas of the hotel.
- Stock and replenish housekeeping carts.
- Responds to guest requests in a friendly and prompt manner.
- Protect guest privacy, do not ever let someone into a guestroom.
- Identifies and reports maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
- Must be hardworking and detail oriented.
Requirements:
- Prior experience preferred but not required
- United States work authorization is required
- High school or higher education preferred
- No criminal background and no drug use
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Perform other duties as required.
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 75 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication and clean appearance are also required.
