Entry-Level Guest Service Agent at The Hampton Inn Commack.
Shift Responsibilities:
~ Act as the first point of contact for potential guests and businesses looking for room and rate information.
~ Coordinate with sales, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to address guest concerns.
~ Responsible for overseeing guest arrival, departure and all aspects of guests stay
~ Make, modify, and cancel guest records (i.e. reservations).
~ Responsible for cash intake at the front/ counting the drawer during shift.
~ Keeping front desk tidy and lobby appearance up to par.
Skills:
~ Proven customer service

~ Familiarity with office machines (computer, telephone, printer, fax).
~ Strong communication and people skills
