Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including hotels, industrial facilities, and hospitality settings. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while maintaining floor care protocols.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required.
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred; experience in hotel or industrial cleaning is a plus.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and floor care techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
