What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Night Auditor position at Hampton Inn Madison?
The Hampton Inn Madison is seeking for a Part Time Night Audit position. The shifts would be two nights out of the week (can pick up shifts if needed) with the hours of 10PM-6AM.
Responsibilities Include:
- Check-in & check out late arrivals or early departures according to company procedures
- Perform Audit & send respected email to Management with reports/recaps of the Audit
- Balance all cash, check, credit card & ledger accounts per proper protocol
- Handle all administrative and or accounting tasks as directed by Management
- Assist with any light maintenance and/or housekeeping duties that may arise overnight or other guest requests
- Make fresh coffee and & refill hot water station before breakfast hours
- Assists with setting up for everyday continental breakfast as needed.
- Comply with all company standards and policies, as established in the employee handbook
Job Type: Part-time
