Hampton Inn Ooltewah is hiring for a 3rd shift Front Desk Agent. Shift begins at 11pm until 7am, Thursdays and Fridays. Second shift is from 3pm-11pm, days vary!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Assist with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
