The Guest Services team is vital to the success of our property! Working at the Front Desk places you at the hub of the hotel with perpetual guest interaction and communication with multiple departments within the hotel. We are looking for candidates with a passion to serve others and manage a high performing team!
A Guest Services Manager is key to the overall experience of our guests---leading the team who makes the first and last impression of our hotel for all of our guests. If you have a solid knowledge of hotel operations, strong people skills and work ethic, a positive and encouraging management style, and last but not least, a propensity for creativity and flair, this role is perfect for you!
What you will be doing
Manages the front desk, hotel lobby, and a seamless arrival and departure experience for guests | Oversees all aspects of managing the Guest Services team including hiring, training and performance management | Acts as liaison among multiple hotel departments and overall hotel operations
The ideal candidate for this position
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills | Solid understanding of training and working within hotel brand standards | Ability to optimize guest satisfaction | Computer proficiency | Minimum of 2 years Guest Services and supervisory experience | Associates degree or some college preferred
