What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant position at Hampton Inn Sayre?
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for a quality Breakfast Bar, including set-up, serving, tear down, and clean up.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Maintain quality standards of the Breakfast Bar throughout the breakfast hours.
Ensure food quality and quantity are correct.
Maintain a neat and orderly kitchen: wash, dry, and put away all dishes, sweep and mop floors, vacuum rugs, clean countertops, empty trash, clean cupboards, drawers, and clean refrigerator and freezer.
Rotate food and maintain proper levels of inventory.
Daily teardown of breakfast bar.
Promote and ensure guest satisfaction and greet each guest with a smile and a greeting.
Must follow all QA and Health department standards.
ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide the highest quality of service to the guests.
Adhere to proper key control procedure.
Report any unusual occurrences or requests to a supervisor immediately.
Follow all safety procedures and policies for all guests and employees.
Attend and participate in staff meetings.
Additional duties as assigned.
