Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to established cleanliness standards.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to develop efficient cleaning schedules and protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the facility.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
