Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Cook and present breakfast items, including meats, eggs, pastries, and beverages.
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food preparation.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas after service.
- Assist with special dietary requests or preferences as necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
- Skills in meat cutting, food preparation, or working as a dietary aide are advantageous.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including knives and cooking appliances.
- Experience with banquet service or using platforms like OpenTable is a plus.
