Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Effectively process the Night Audit and close out daily reports.
Skills
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Hilton Experience is a Plus
- Job Type: Full Time & Part Time
Experience:
- Previous hotel front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
