Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

Summary: The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping and laundry operations to deliver an excellent guest and member experience, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and efficient department performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervision and Training:
· Supervise and manage housekeeping and laundry staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
· Ensure staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
· Motivate and support staff to achieve high performance and guest satisfaction.
· Operations Management:
· Plan, organize, and direct daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
· Maintain and improve housekeeping and laundry standards and procedures.
· Monitor and control housekeeping supplies and equipment inventory.
· Quality Control:
· Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintain high standards.
· Address guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
· Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent performance.
· Budget and Cost Management:
· Assist in developing and managing the housekeeping department budget.
· Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or guest experience.
· Guest Experience:
· Ensure that all housekeeping and laundry operations contribute to a positive guest experience.
· Address guest needs and requests promptly and professionally.
· Promote guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
· Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
· Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Technical Skills: Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry equipment and procedures.
· Other: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Sunday will be required and holidays.
