Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel management, with a proven track record of supervising staff, managing budgets, and enhancing guest services. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively oversee daily operations while fostering a positive environment for both guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage and supervise hotel staff, providing training and support to enhance performance.
• Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to maximize profitability.
• Ensure exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
• Monitor hotel performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations during peak times.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Maintain effective communication with guests and staff to foster positive relationships.
• Oversee night audit processes to ensure accurate reporting of daily transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of budgeting processes and financial management in a hotel setting.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,095.00 - $65,000.00 per year
