What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time - Housekeeping position at Hampton Inn & Suites, Boise-Meridian Idaho?
We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition. Wages are based on experience & back ground experience.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service oriented manner
- Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
- Comply at all times with health and safety regulations set by Hilton Standards to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
Skills
- Work experience in relevant field
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
- Knowledge of English language
- Ability to perform at a fast pace and in a highly stressful environment.
Please note: As a 24-hour hotel, we do require candidates have completely OPEN availability and are not restricted to only working weekdays. Weekends and Holidays are required.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
