Responsibilities

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
- Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Foster positive relationships with guests through exceptional customer service and effective communication.
- Conduct regular training sessions for front desk staff on best practices in hospitality management and guest relations.
- Oversee night audit processes to ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each day.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Manage phone etiquette by ensuring all calls are answered promptly and courteously, providing information as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations effectively, resolving conflicts with professionalism and tact.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
