Position: General Manager
Are you ready to lead the transformation of a hotel poised for greatness? The Hampton Inn & Suites Navigation Blvd in Corpus Christi is undergoing an exciting & extensive renovation set to finish in early 2025, setting the stage for a modernized guest experience and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight during and after the renovation process.
- Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and staff satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, corporate support teams, and the local community.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team to support operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving guest satisfaction and team engagement.
