Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all guest rooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks as required, including carpet cleaning and window washing.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when reordering is necessary.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial or industrial cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
