We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Red Lion Hotels. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant breakfast experience for our guests by preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service hours.
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with any inquiries regarding the breakfast offerings.
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper hygiene practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus.
