Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
Duties:
- Conduct nightly audits to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management
- Welcome guests, check them in/out, and provide assistance as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor hotel security and respond to any emergencies during the night
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk software
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality or hotel management practices
