Breakfast Attendant

*MUST BE ABLE TO WORK HOLIDAYS*

We are only considering candidates that have open availability and are willing to work weekends and holidays. Shift will start at 4:30am and will end at 1PM which includes a 30-minute break for lunch. Please only apply if you are a team player and willing to work any morning.

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality service of our breakfast offerings. This position requires a strong focus on guest relations, food preparation, and cleanliness, as well as the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present breakfast bar according to daily specifications, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Manage and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and surrounding spaces, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional guest relations, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience for our breakfast guests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and guests to ensure seamless service.
- Perform additional tasks as needed, including but not limited to food preparation, restocking, and maintaining inventory.

Experience:

- Prior experience in a restaurant, catering, or banquet setting is essential.
- Strong background in food preparation, particularly in a breakfast bar.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills are essential for success in this role.
