Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged.
- Restock guest room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed.
- Clean common areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to maintain hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
- Assist with floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance as required.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
