Housekeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel or industrial cleaning and possess strong skills in housekeeping management and hospitality. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
• Conduct floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Strong understanding of housekeeping management practices and hospitality standards.
• Ability to perform custodial duties efficiently with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
