Job Description:
Maintenance is responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the maintenance department and the appearance/ working order of the hotel.
This position requires overall maintenance knowledge and trouble shooting ability with skills in painting, HVAC, carpentry, equipment, and tool usage. Individual must be able to work independently, as well as, with others.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining the exterior of the building, parking lot, and common areas
- Maintaining all equipment in guest rooms and public areas
- Conducting monthly safety inspections and training the staff on safety and emergency procedures
- Working with the correct vendors when needing to outsource an issue
- Responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the property
- Ensuring that all preventative maintenance in guestrooms & public areas are completed and documented
- Work closely with all departments to ensure all guest needs are met
This position will be full time, 8 hours per day, 5 a week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
