We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area while preparing and serving a variety of food items.
Duties
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items, ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, including meats, eggs, pastries, and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by regularly cleaning tables, countertops, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling of all food items.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests to enhance their dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
Experience
