We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and possess mechanical knowledge to perform various repair and maintenance tasks.
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, filters, and belts
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including low voltage and high voltage equipment
- Perform HVAC system maintenance and repairs
- Analyze equipment malfunctions and provide solutions for repairs
- Fabricate parts using tools and machinery as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during maintenance activities
*Qualifications*
- Proficiency in English to understand manuals and communicate effectively
- Mechanical knowledge to work on various equipment and machinery
- Experience in industrial maintenance or as an industrial mechanic is preferred
- Ability to work with both low voltage and high voltage systems
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus
