Applicant must be computer & tech savvy; will require learning Hilton PEP computer program.
- Use computer to type efficiently; use email; use correct spelling & grammar. Use PEP system to take reservations, check guests in out, process payments and look up information.
- Be inquisitive, attentive and take initiative to learn and improve. Stay aware of most accurate information: policies, rates, amenities etc and communicate to team about any questions, concerns & updates.
- Must be resourceful and self-reliant. Use sensible judgement to make decisions & problem solve independently.
- Keep watchful eye and maintain property: monitor hallways and parking lot, clean lobby, take out trash.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
