Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks such as floor care, carpet cleaning, and laundry duties to ensure a pristine environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring their comfort during their stay.
- Handle custodial responsibilities in commercial settings, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to management.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to established timelines.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning standards is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
