We are looking for a dedicated and team-oriented individual to cover two night audit shifts (11pm-7am) Friday and Saturday.

Duties:
-Secure the building over night from 11pm - 7am. Run the audit and supervise the hotel
- Greet and check-in/out guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Manage phone calls and reservations efficiently
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel preferred
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Knowledge of phone systems and basic computer applications
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
