Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Maintain a detailed log of user interactions and resolutions using a ticketing system.
- Provide guidance and support for password resets, account unlocks, and basic software installations.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up accounts and configuring hardware.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.
- Follow established procedures and contribute to the development of best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with users of varying technical proficiency.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
