What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver- Day Shift (6:00 am-2:00 pm) and Afternoon Shift ( 2:00 pm-10:00 pm) position at Hampton Manor of Trenton?
Position: CNA /Caregiver / Med Tech
.The Caregiver is responsible for all duties in relation to safely providing for the resident's care and well being.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains the community's philosophy.
- Is knowledgeable of policies and procedures.
- Has good communication skills
- Assist with all of the care needs of residents, including but not limited to, toileting, ambulation ,bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, escorting, and transferring from place to place.
- Assist with activities when required, be responsible for getting the residents to scheduled activities.
- Capable of washing, drying, folding, and returning laundry to the correct residents.
- Capable of taking accurate vital signs and weight.
- Resident rooms-Light housekeeping
- Answer call lights in a timely manner.
- Maintain current CPR.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to easily lift and carry 50lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, stoop and/ or bend for a period of up to eight hours with breaks as provided by employee handbook.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Shift times- Days 6:00 am-2:00 pm / Afternoons 2:00 pm- 10:00 pm / Midnight's 10:00 pm- 6:00 am.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
