Day to day as a Direct Care Associate (Part-Time), South-Eastern Family Project
As a Part-Time Direct Care Associate at our South-Eastern Family Project, you will play a crucial role in providing hands-on care and support to individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Your responsibilities will focus on supervising clients within our residential treatment program, and guiding them towards recovery. Working closely with the Program Manager, you will assist in delivering direct services and coordinating cases to ensure comprehensive care. Your attention to detail in monitoring and documenting client progress will be instrumental in tailoring treatment plans and fostering positive outcomes for those in our program.
