The South-Eastern Family Project (SEFP) was established in 2004 to provide a continuum of services to empower women and their families to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle free of alcohol, drugs, and other addictions. Services are provided in a nicotine and drug-free environment. SEFP services are available to any woman who meets entrance guidelines in the Commonwealth of Virginia. SEFP is one of many programs offered by the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board.
