Hampton North is partnering with a prestigious company in the financial sector looking to expand their existing software team with a Sr Full Stack Software Engineer (Python / React). This is a full stack role, and you must have extensive experience working with both Python and JavaScript (ideally react). Ideally you'll have exposure or at least an interest in getting involved with AI. You'll be working on maintaining and architecting new applications using Python on their client facing platform. As a senior member of the team, you'll play a pivotal role in the design and plans of new projects.
Essential :
- B.S. in Computer Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
- 5 years in a software engineering role (Python)
- Experience working JavaScript (ideally React)
- Relational database experience : MySQL or Postgres
- Exposure working in an agile environment
