About the Role
We are seeking a Vice President to join their growing advisory team. Responsibilities
• Lead execution of M&A transactions, private placements, and restructuring engagements.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed financial models, valuations, and client-facing materials.
• Collaborate with Associates and Managing Directors to ensure smooth transaction processes and successful client outcomes.
• Support business development by nurturing existing client relationships and contributing to new deal origination.
Qualifications
• 5–8 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or corporate finance.
• Strong skills in transaction execution, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
